Dongmei Luo, Professor. Dean of School of Transportation, Civil Engineering & Architecture, Foshan University. Her main research interests are fatigue, fracture and damage, and microscale mechanics. Presided over a number of national and provincial natural science fund projects. Published several SCI papers.

Hui Zeng, Professor, Ph.D. Candidate, Doctor of Engineering, Dean of the School of Civil Engineering and Construction. Main research interests: civil engineering construction and construction project management, underground engineering. He has presided over or participated in 6 National Natural Science Foundation of China, 6 provincial and ministerial level research projects, 4 municipal and departmental level projects; presided over or participated in more than 20 horizontal projects (ranked in the top three); published more than 50 high-level papers, including more than 20 SSCI, SCI, EI, CSSCI and core papers; authorized 4 patents for invention; 5 patents for utility models and copyrights of softwritings. He has edited one textbook and participated in the editing of two textbooks, and written one monograph.

Assoc. Prof. Shengqiang Li

Shengqiang Li, male, Han nationality, Maoming, Guangdong Province, born in September 1968, studied at Zhejiang University from September 1986 to July 1990, majoring in civil engineering, received a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, and from October 2001 to December 2005, studied at the South China University of Technology, majoring in Architecture and Civil Engineering, received a Master's Degree in Engineering, and from September 1990 to November 2001, worked in design units, construction units, and since December 2001, taught at Guangdong Institute of Petroleum and Chemical Engineering. From September 1990 to November 2001, he worked in design and construction organizations, and since December 2001, he has been teaching in Guangdong Institute of Petrochemical Technology. He is a state-registered first-class constructor, registered supervision engineer and state-registered consulting engineer; he is an expert of Guangdong Province Bid Evaluation Expert Pool and an expert of Maoming Municipal Engineering and Construction Field Expert Pool.
